Kauffman Lager House
(Mar 25) This is a 14 photo, 3 photo per HDR so, 42 photo representation of Kauffman Brewey underneath Cincinnati. I meant to crop two other photographers out of this panoramic but it auto did it with the way the stitching went and since I waited for them to move before taking the following in the series to create the panoramic.
As I understand it, it is their old lager room. They would save ice from the winter and use it to cool the room even further down for lager beer storage. When you walk down below the warehouse above, it gets noticeably cooler, about 60 degrees down there. They even have a layer of rooms another 30 or so feet below this one.
Side note, if you went to Bockfest, this room would be below the room in which that festival is held.
